Meet the Busy Lizzies Preschool team

We provide a staffing ratio in line with and where possible, above the Welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage to ensure that children have sufficient individual attention and to guarantee care and education of a high quality…

Each child’s dedicated Key Person will be on hand to record your child’s achievements and share them with you at regular intervals. Your child’s Key Person will shadow them to ensure your child is involved in a variety of activities throughout the day. They structure your child’s day through regular planning with all members of our qualified team and make staff aware of any special needs your child may have. We are confident that our staff provides the very best care for your child at all times and are totally committed to their development. All of our Key Persons are fully qualified; peadiatric first aid, safeguarding trained and together has over 40 years of combined Childcare experience. The majority of us have moved from our sister company’s Bengeo Playgroup or Busy Lizzies Kids Club, both of which were recently awarded Oftsed Outstanding in all areas. We have experienced Makaton and Wellcome speech therapy trained staff, which enables us to offer each child a holistic approach to their learning.
